Sara Crouson has diagnoses of Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Anti-social Personality Disorder, ADHD and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She also has Schizoid and paranoid traits.
She is the host of the YouTube channel 'Cluster B Milkshake' where she educates people about narcissism and predatory behaviours.
We discussed her history and how her diagnoses manifest in day to life, as well as in her relationships and interactions.

In part one of our discussion we explored the complexities of anger and regret, particularly how it can be used in relationships to test a partner's anxiety.
She also touches on the prevalence of infidelity, often stemming from workplaces or social media, highlighting how subtle manipulation tactics can impact healthy relationships.

Please be advised, it is a candid and often frank discussion, so be warned there is some explicit language and descriptions.
