Beebe examines the possibility for a diplomatic settlement to the Ukraine War. Russia's demands are high and there is little room for concessions as NATO in Ukraine represents an existential threat, and Russia is wining. Russia's for restoring Ukraine's neutrality, territorial concessions and limiting the military capabilities of a post-war Ukraine can all be met.
