The Search for Happiness

Season 70 Episode 28 Published 1 month ago
Description

Morning Mantra: "Happiness is not built; it is uncovered beneath layers of tension and attachment."

We often searches for happiness as something to attain, achieve, or secure. You may believe it lives in the next relationship, the next success, the next moment of recognition. Yet your Soul senses a deeper truth — that it can slip away the tighter you grip it. The more you chase happiness, the more it feels conditional.

Happiness is less about acquiring and more about releasing.
The ego says, “I need.”
Desire says, “When I get.”
But inner harmony emerges when you soften the grasping. When identity loosens and craving quiets, space opens. And in that space, a natural steadiness appears.

Today, sit in silence and notice one desire that feels urgent, then gently imagine placing it on a shelf beside you, allowing your nervous system to experience that you are safe even without immediate fulfillment; this reduces inner pressure and restores balance.
