Santana Inniss is a Master Certified Professional Coach and the founder of The Glow Initiative (Glowi), an innovative nonprofit that breaks barriers to access to professional coaching for women in need. After experiencing firsthand how economic barriers prevent women from accessing quality coaching, she built an infrastructure that has matched hundreds of women with professional coaches—at no cost to them. Her work partners with nonprofits to reach women who need support most.
