Spent the day eating!
Workout in! Shoulders and back, I gotta say, I am running less, not only that, a lot of the older people I know who were active throughout their lives… all undergoing surgeries. Seems like you can’t escape it.
Would you rather read an AI article (which is meant to be scanned, not read in depth), or someone who’s written huge paragraphs, block after block?
