Please share a brief Bio.

Andre Ankri is a founder, CEO, and systems-focused leader with a background in architecture, security integration, and operational design. He grew up in Israel, where 15 years of martial arts training and service in the army as a combat engineer working with explosives shaped his discipline, structural thinking, and ability to operate under risk and complexity. After immigrating to Canada independently, Andre built multiple companies from the ground up, including UTS Group, a Canada-wide security integration and design firm; a commercial aluminum and glazing company; and Metador, a consultancy specializing in AI, automation, and scalable operating systems. His work spans complex commercial and institutional projects across North America. Andre is deeply grateful to live with ADHD, OCPD, and dyslexia—traits he proudly sees as a superpower, not a limitation. They shape how he sees patterns others miss, moves decisively under pressure, and brings structure to complexity. Through his work, he helps founders, leaders, and teams recognize their own unique cognitive strengths and turn them into real-world advantages. By blending systems thinking with AI and automation, Andre shows how neurodivergent minds can unlock clarity, scale with confidence, and lead with purpose in today’s rapidly evolving economy.

What are 2-3 things you would love to talk about?

•ADHD as a Superpower—and How to Find Yours ADHD is not a disability; it’s a different operating system. Many of today’s most effective leaders have it. I focus on helping people identify their unique cognitive strengths, understand how their mind actually works, and design systems that allow those strengths to compound instead of clash.

•AI and Automation as the New Standard for Lean Businesses AI and automation are no longer “nice to have.”

•AI as a Bridge for ADHD and OCPD Practical ways AI reduces friction, adds structure, and turns intensity and pattern recognition into repeatable systems.

What are 2-3 things you would like to gain as a result of being on this podcast?

•Helping People Recognize Their Own Superpower Creating awareness that ADHD is a gift—and helping people see, name, and use their cognitive strengths with confidence and structure.

•Educating Leaders on AI-Driven, Lean Operating Models Showing how AI and automation enable a new class of businesses that fit today’s economy—leaner, faster, and capable of achieving in months what once took years.

•Perspective on This Generational Opportunity Reminding leaders how rare this moment is. Our generation is experiencing a technology shift that is already redefining limits, timelines, and what’s possible for those willing to adapt and lead intentionally.
