Prof Ganti Suryanarayana Murthy is the National Coordinator of the Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Division, Ministry of Education, Government of India, at AICTE, New Delhi. He also serves as Professor in the Department of Biosciences and Biomedical Engineering at IIT Indore.

He was among the distinguished guest speakers at the 2nd Global Vedic Conference held at Prasanthi Nilayam in January 2026, where he offered valuable insights from the integrated perspective of Indian Knowledge Systems, contemporary science, and education.

Subsequently, during his interaction at the Sri Sathya Sai Media Centre, he eloquently expounded on the relevance, revival, and renaissance of ancient India’s sacred knowledge traditions, highlighting their enduring significance in the modern world.
