The issue that plagues the yoga world today is most people leap from loving asana to suddenly studying to become a yoga teacher. Skipping many parts & payers in between. This is a big loophole. There's a need for more yoga study or education programs in the modern-day context. This is what we talk about today.
I share my 10 non-negotiables when starting a teacher training or study program. Perfect if you're keen to evaluate your own training or use this as a checklist to audit your previous yoga education.
