The grand opening is slated for April 20, following a soft opening on March 12. Renowned for its exquisite cuisine, Din Tai Fung will also create over 300 new hospitality jobs in Scottsdale in line with its 'people-first' culture. The restaurant's ambiance will reflect warm, refined interiors that are a combiantion of modern and Taiwanese traditions. Favorite food items like the soup dumplings will be on the menu along with newly introduced options. With 165 locations worldwide, Din Tai Fung plans for a second Arizona location in Chandler Fashion Center next year.
