En: Marek sits with a cup of fragrant coffee, gazing out at the snowy streets, but his thoughts are elsewhere.
En: In the past few months, he noticed that his body has been giving him signals that disturb him.
Sk: Často sa cítil unavený.
En: He often felt tired.
Sk: Občas ho pichlo v hrudi.
En: Occasionally, there was a sharp pain in his chest.
Sk: Napriek tomu ignoroval varovné príznaky a vyhýbal sa návšteve lekára.
En: Despite this, he ignored the warning signs and avoided visiting the doctor.

En: Jana, his girlfriend and a server in the café, noticed it.
Sk: „Marek, si v poriadku?“ spýtala sa starostlivo, keď mu doliala ďalšiu šálku kávy.
En: “Marek, are you okay?” she asked with concern as she poured him another cup of coffee.
Sk: Marek sa usmial, hoci trochu narýchlo.
En: Marek smiled, albeit a bit hastily.
Sk: „Áno, jasné, Jana. Len zima ma unavuje,“ odpovedal.
En: “Yes, sure, Jana. It's just the winter tiring me,” he replied.
Sk: V rohu kaviarne stál Lukáš, majiteľ pražiarne.
En: In the corner of the café stood Lukáš, the owner of the roastery.
Sk: Občas na Mareka pozrel.
En: Occasionally, he glanced at Marek.
En: He knew something was bothering Marek, but he didn’t want to pry.
Sk: Atmosféru pražiarne narušil zvuk stroja pražiaceho nové zrnka.
En: The atmosphere in the roastery was interrupted by the sound of a machine roasting new beans.
En: It was like a symphony for all the visitors.
En: In a unique moment, however, Marek clutched his chest and winced in pain.
Sk: Jana spanikárila.
En: Jana panicked.
Sk: „Marek!“ Lukáš prišiel o chvíľu.
En: “Marek!” Lukáš came over moments later.
