Description
In this episode, I talk about how healing does not begin with talking or addressing trauma directly and how it can be very harmful if done so. I compare the healing process with the construction of a building. The way a foundation is necessary for the building, the same regulating all disturbed biological rhythms and working on establishing internal and external safety is necessary for effective healing.
