Savannah Guthrie released another emotional video offering a $1,000,000 reward for information on her missing mother Nancy Guthrie. Savannah wanted to offer the reward earlier in the investigation, but was told it would overwhelm the infrastructure set up to take in leads. Also, DNA issues continue to be a problem in the investigation with a sample from inside Nancy’s house “not viable” to be entered into a Federal database.
