Loving God,
You see what grows in us

You see the patience forming
and the resentment we still carry.
You see compassion rising
and the places where contempt tries to take root.
You see our generosity —
and the fear that sometimes restrains it.
Search us gently.
Not to shame us,
but to help us see clearly.
Where resentment lingers,
teach us patience.
Where contempt hardens,
soften us with compassion.
Where fear constricts our hearts,
lead us into generosity.
Make us whole —
our words and actions telling the same story.
Shape us into people
whose fruit reflects Your love.
And when we look at our own lives,
let us recognize
who we are becoming.
