As in all things, we have a mind which puts its own spin on everything occurring.           

Mindful meditation helps us bring to the forefront a sense of opportunity to help us allow our mistakes or negative events to be of a positive nature.  No, I didn't say easily, it comes with experience and while learning it most likely comes with pain and anger, disappointment, shame.  It is in the perspective of acquiring personal growth, we at first begin to realize our potential to see more clearly.  We begin to gain a greater degree of wisdom and virtue from our experiences.  There are always exceptions.  Things which seem senseless, but even then, shouldn't we make the best out of what is brought to the table?
