Ten virgins. Same lamps, same expectation. Only five were ready. The difference was oil. The oil represents the Holy Spirit, and it cannot be borrowed at the last moment. Familiarity with faith is not the same as belonging to Christ. When the door shut, eternity began. Our responsibility is not to know when Jesus is coming, but to be ready when He does.
