115. Dear Maryanne: Midwest Emo, DIY, Great Value Tour & The Power of Friendship | Emo Kids Anonymous
Description
Welcome to EKA115! Today we are joined by a highly requested guest, Dear Maryanne, Freddy and the fellas have been putting in work the last few years and it's been beautiful to see this band grow from the outside but getting to chat with them and learn about their backstory made me fall in love with Dear Maryanne even more. In this interview (conducted from their tour van outside of Mike from Summerbruise's house) we talk about their upcoming tour, their emo origins, as well as their upcoming EP coming out on March 3rd. The Massachusetts trio will be on the road this spring on a jam packed tour featuring support from some friends of our show like Dear Cincinnati, Pretty Bitter, Cheem and more. We discuss those bands, plus others like Kerosene Heights and TRSH along with their favorite records of 2025 as well as their future plans. Have a great tour, see you boys at the LA date!
