We start with beginner-friendly allies that offer safety and clarity. Amethyst helps calm intuitive overwhelm, clear quartz amplifies intentions with care, black tourmaline and smoky quartz ground and transmute heavy energy, and selenite resets spaces with a gentle sweep and a spoken intention. From there, I explore the middle path of practice. Labradorite for protected intuition, leopardskin jasper for emotional regulation when you see clients, celestite for a soft link to angelic guidance, fluorite for focus, moonstone for honoring cycles, and amazonite plus chrysocolla for speaking truth with compassion.

For seasoned practitioners, I move into high-frequency stones and the discernment they require.
