If a property isn’t selling, it always comes down to the 3 P’s:
🏷 Price – Are you meeting the market?
🏡 Product – Is the property presented at its best?
📣 Promotion – Are you leaving no stone unturned?
And in commercial? Add a 4th P: Patience.
Get the strategy right. Listen to the market. Adjust when needed.
