Our guest is coach Chris Foerster of the San Francisco 49ers. He is their offensive line coach and assistant head coach. We have a great conversation; the kind you might expect when two old OL coaches get together. We discuss how much he stresses fundamentals and player development, even at his level.

Coach Foerster has been coaching for over 40 years (33 in the NFL) and is one of the pre-eminent experts on the Wide Zone and Gap Scheme. He talks about how he marries the two schemes to confuse defensive fronts.
