The joke of the week is the French Olympic Committee for banning their player for bad behavior after being ejected from the game vs Canada (while losing 10-2 by the way)

But the real story of the incident is how a rare, I mean RARE, show of restraint by Washington Capitals' Tom Wilson, possibly avoided the first murder that would have been shown live on TV.

This episode is a wild roller coaster all over the landscape of the hockey world.
