Toronto sales volume jumped 9.9% last month eating into already low inventory. So much so that active listings hit a brand new record low at only 0.8 months of inventory! Compare that to Vancouvers 2.2 months and you can imagine how extreme the situation is. No wonder prices rose 4.3% in Toronto last month alone.
