People pleasing is not a popular trait among successful women. You don't have to be easy to talk to. You don't have to be agreeable. You don't have to think, "how can I make this person happy?" before you respond in conversation. 

In today's episode, we're talking about honoring your authenticity and holding on to your opinions and convictions... even when other people don't appreciate your approach. I was told recently that I'm a difficult person to talk to. And as the woman who isn't interested in entertaining or enabling thoughts of powerlessness within myself or others... I'm willing to be seen as "difficult".

As the co-creator of your reality, sometimes your physical world is going to show you things that say you can't have what you want. Your job is to be the woman who stands her ground. 

Whether you're in conversation with somoene who thinks differently than you, or you're in a meeting with someone whose ideas don't align with your own... your job is to be the woman who stands her ground. Otherwise, you'll rarely get your way. Let's talk about it.
