Morning Mantra: "Actions speak louder than words."

We can all TALK a good game but what are you actually DOING?  I can tell you I'm going to have a peaceful day then get in my car and scream at every driver that doesn't drive the way I think they should.  How peaceful is that?

You can tell your kids you love them but if you ignore them, criticize them or create a home filled with tension, how is that love?

As Carl Jung said, "You are what you do, not what you say you'll do"  in an attempt to illustrate that your words don't define you, your thoughts don't either, only your actions do.  Because you can think and say all kinds of things but never do them.

The best way to develop the actions that reflet your real character is to clarify who you want to become by defining your values and what you stand for. Then align your actions with them.  Don't let other people tell you how to act or what to do, especially if it doesn't align with YOUR character.
