Yum Earth is a company that's positioned themselves as a top nine, allergy-free candy company. They offer organic candies, dye-free, top 9 allergen -free candies (the top 9 allergens are wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, egg, milk, sesame, fish, and shellfish).
Yum Earth has just changed their packaging to note that wheat is used in their processing. This appears on the packaging of their Sour Littles, Gummy Bears, and Jelly Beans. The company responded that they have always used wheat starch as a processing agent but are only now changing their packaging due to FDA labeling requirements.
