The time is now 5:02 AM in New York, I'm Noa Levi and this is the latest Israel Today: Ongoing War Report.

In the conflict with Iran and its Regional Proxies, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk urged Polish citizens in Iran to leave immediately, warning that evacuation may no longer be possible in a matter of hours. "Please leave Iran immediately... and do not go to this country under any circumstances," Tusk said. The appeal followed a report by Axios that the United States is closer to military conflict with Iran than many Americans realize, with sources saying a weeks-long campaign could begin very soon and potentially involve a joint US-Israeli operation with a broader scope than past actions. The second round of talks between the United States and Iran ended on Tuesday, with US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner meeting Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. Although both sides said progress was made, several sources told The Jerusalem Post that significant gaps remain. In Tehran and Mashhad, residents described a mood of anger, fear, and cautious hope as tensions rise and 40 days of mourning conclude while US forces mass in the region. Some Iranians told N12 News they view possible US action as an opportunity to challenge the regime, while others fear the risk of escalation. Israeli President Isaac Herzog, meanwhile, sent Ramadan greetings to the people of Iran while condemning Tehran’s "reign of terror" and expressing hope that a different era in the Middle East will emerge. Separately, a report notes that President Donald Trump described US-Iran nuclear talks in Geneva as positive, and that the prospect of an American strike on Iran is seen as less likely.

In the Israeli Economy and Business, 138 new housing units are being built as part of a major urban renewal project in Bat Yam. Archimedes Real Estate Financing, a leading Israeli lender in the real estate sector, has signed with Ayalon Insurance to provide a financing framework of about 430 million shekels, including guarantees to landowners and policies for purchasers from the Mezrahí Group and Sons in the TaMA 38/2 project on Liorano Street in the Ramat HaNasi neighborhood in central Bat Yam. The agreement includes Archimedes’ credit facilities, guarantees to landowners, and policies for buyers from Ayalon. The project involves demolishing three existing buildings on the site and constructing three new buildings containing a total of 138 housing units. The new homes will include standard safe rooms (ממ"ד) and will be built to earthquake-resistance standards. A four-story underground parking garage will be added. The development sits near major roads and a variety of public transit options.

Solid, an Israeli startup, has raised 20 million dollars in a round led by Team8’s Venture Creation model with participation from American fund SignalFire. The financing will accelerate product development and expand the company’s global sales network. Solid’s product is already used by large Israeli organizations in finance and health, and by US companies such as SurveyMonkey. The market for enterprise software and services is valued at about 666 billion dollars in 2025 and is projected to exceed 1.5 trillion dollars by 2034, according to Fortune Business. Solid focuses on bridging gaps between organizational data and AI, addressing friction as organizations adopt advanced analytics and AI solutions.

In the Uplifting News segment, an Olympic moment stands out for its quirky edge: a Winter Olympics photofinish described as unlike anything before, featuring a Kazakhstani shoe against an Italian rear, which drew a single online reaction.
