perceives different programs based on their offseasons so far

-On3’s Brett McMurphy released his bowl projections and has Nebraska playing in Ole Miss in the Music City Bowl---again, the bowl

projection means little---but that particular bowl game probably means an 8 or 9 win season, which very few expect here…
