Jayme Rogers is charged with murdering his girlfriend by shooting her through her car window in the early morning hours of February 10. Dayton Police say Rogers called 911 and asked for help for his dying girlfriend, Jaime Dick, who he said cheated on him and "got what she deserved." The pair shared two children together.
