Ellen and Bruce highlight the importance of developing a school culture that supports a growth mindset and a coaching culture. 

If we don't have the systems and structures to enable teachers to opt-in to coaching and we aren't ensuring that coaches are focused on coaching work, it will be very challenging to build a coaching culture.
