Ok, this one is tongue in cheek. The GSOA do wonderful things for young girls. I loved my time in the scouts. I enjoyed collecting badges and one that I always got was the cookie selling badge. I thought 250 boxes was an accomplishment... enter Pim. This 6 year old has sold over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND boxes this cookie selling season. To reward Pim, the GS are sending her on a trip to Niagara Falls. Yes, that's nice... however also a thinner reward than a thin mint for selling SO many boxes. Maybe a scholarship? Or a week long stay at a chalet in Switzerland? I dunno... Niagara Falls feels so 10,000 box reward, not 100,000. Girl Scouts, for not doing more for a tiny 6 year old who is single handedly keeping y'all afloat, should feel shame, shame, shame.
