The cost of making pancakes is up more than 35 per cent in five years. The price of two litres of full fat milk increased by 72 cents, that's up more than 42 per cent, 2 kilograms of flour went up by over 31 per cent or 62 cents . A box of six eggs has gone up by 32 per cent over the same period, according to figures from the Central Statistics Office. The CSO did not include the cost of lemons or lemon juice in its survey.
