Dr. Jackie played "Headmaster" by putting Toya in charge of the Med Gala, a "responsibility test" that immediately blew up during a scrub-line photoshoot filled with accusations of unprofessionalism. Meanwhile, Dr. Heavenly is pivoting to politics, but the group is greeting her campaign with the kind of skepticism usually reserved for a sketchy diagnosis. Between photoshoot fumbles and Heavenly’s political posturing, the only thing being successfully "manifested" is a massive headache for the Gala committee.
