Description
Queensland's inquiry into Child Safety resumes in Toowoomba today, with public hearings focusing on the link between out-of-home care and the youth justice system.
The inquiry was called back in May last year, to examine what the state government has labelled a 'broken system' that's failing children in residential care at a cost of $1.12 billion.
