Ro: Zăpada acoperea orașul ca un covor alb, iar ferestrele mari ale biroului ofereau o priveliște frumoasă, calmantă.
En: The snow covered the city like a white carpet, and the large office windows offered a beautiful, calming view.
Ro: Era februarie, și în aer plutea o ușoară anticipare a Zilei Îndrăgostiților.
En: It was February, and a slight anticipation of Valentine's Day floated in the air.
Ro: În biroul aglomerat de calculatoare și zgomotul constant al tastaturilor, Ioan, un analist junior, privea cu umbre de curiozitate către masa de la recepție.
En: In the office, crowded with computers and the constant noise of keyboards, Ioan, a junior analyst, looked with shadows of curiosity at the reception desk.
Ro: Acolo se afla un pachet, misterios și neprevăzut, care devenise rapid subiectul discuțiilor în șoaptă dintre colegi.
