Work work work, bills bills bills and then work some more. This routine gets old after years of grinding and hustling. Sometimes you can wear yourself out doing the same things month after month and year after year. Never taking time for yourself. This is called burnout or worn out. Are you worn out? 

Most people are. It might be time for a little self care or self love as they say. Here’s a quick question I want to ask you. 

“Do you love yourself enough to take care of yourself?”
