Description
In this episode of BJ in the Morning, we dive headfirst into Marvel’s newest Disney+ series, Wonder Man.
Is this the sleeper hit of the MCU? A bold new direction? Or another “we’ll fix it in post” superhero experiment?
We break down everything:
- First impressions of Wonder Man
- The cast and performances
- How it connects (or doesn’t) to the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe
- What worked, what didn’t, and what had us side-eyeing the screen
- Is Marvel finally back… or still searching for its next Endgame moment?
As always, we bring the sarcasm, the friendly roasts, and the brutally honest takes you expect from two guys who probably should’ve seen everything by now.
And then… we let fate decide.
At the end of the episode, we spin the wheel to determine the next year we’ll revisit in movies, continuing our deep dive into films from the last 30+ years that we either missed completely or haven’t revisited in decades. What year will destiny (and mild chaos) pick for us next? 1998? 2007? 2014? You’ll have to watch to find out.
If you love Marvel breakdowns, movie nostalgia, comedic film reviews, and two long-time friends arguing about pop culture like it’s a competitive sport you’re in the right place.
