Professional artist Kahlil ‘Huggi’ Caesar also face and body painter Bethany Mclean speak with Neville James as they will be at the Agriculture and Food Fair set to take place February 14-16 at the Rudolph Shulterbrandt Agricultural Complex in Estate Lower Love on Saint Croix.
