Autopsy results for the woman found dead in a Dollar Tree freezer last December in Miami are in and are adding to the mystery surrounding her death. Dr. Helen Garay Sanchez was visiting Miami from Nicaragua when she went to the Dollar Tree store on the evening of December 13, 2025. A store employee found her naked in the freezer the next morning. The medical examiner has released a cause of death but not determined the manner of death.
