Despite heavy pushback from the public, the Round Rock City Council voted unanimously in favor of a new data center, Austin officials are keeping an eye on a "tele-driving" program in Las Vegas and could return with a new ordinance that would allow for the technology to be used in Austin and the Austin ISD has released a video making a plea to students to stay in the classroom instead of walking out of class to protest ICE.
