Venezuela's Acting president, Delcy Rodriguez, described the path forward with the United States as an agenda based on mutual respect and cooperation within the framework of sovereignty. 

Delcy Rodriguez made it clear to Venezuelan youth that the restoration of ties does not imply subordination, but rather the construction of a new paradigm of cooperation among equals. 

Mexico-Cuba

Two Mexican ships carrying a total of 800 tons of humanitarian aid have arrived in Cuba. 

The shipment, containing medicines, food and personal hygiene products, was received by the Minister of Domestic Trade for distribution among the Cuban population, which has been severely affected by the new U.S. blockade preventing oil from reaching the island. 

Colombia

In Colombia, President Gustavo Petro declared a state of economic, social and ecological emergency in 8 departments of the country due to heavy rains that have already left at least 10 people dead.
