Winning pork at Memphis in May, winning the Jack Daniels Invitational, and now back to back KCBS Team of the Year Championships (which he has won 3 out of the last 4 years). All of that while running 4 restaurants. As was mentioned in the program, he may very well be the Tom Brady of BBQ. His team, Gettin' Basted, has finished no less than 7th place in the last 7 consecutive KCBS Team of the Year standings, winning it out right 3 of those years (there are literally thousands of registered KCBS teams). Brad has become the benchmark of consistency.
