Ro: Ion stătea în colțul întunecat al buncărului subteran, ascultând sunetele înfundate de afară.
En: Ion sat in the dark corner of the underground bunker, listening to the muffled sounds from outside.
Ro: Tunetele revoltelor depărtate păreau mai îndepărtate decât erau în realitate.
En: The thunders of distant riots seemed further away than they actually were.
Ro: Era rece și întunecat, dar era în siguranță aici, departe de haosul de deasupra.
En: It was cold and dark, but he was safe here, away from the chaos above.
