:00 - Carl and Zinno open up the show with some Falcons talk as they revisit when Mark asked Matt Ryan about Michael Penix Jr. being the starting quarterback and agree Ryan's answer was taken completely out of context and he answered the question perfectly and as they discuss, they share thoughts on the Falcons still having to find out if Penix Jr. was worth drafting with the 8th overall pick after signing Kirk Cousins.
:20 – Carl and Zinno come back with more Falcons talk as they discuss 'where the team goes' in regards to the direction they take under new head coach Kevin Stefanski and Tommy Rees, as Carl states he feels good after hearing from Rees yesterday as he addressed the Falcons offense and Michael Penix Jr. Carl also notes that after hearing from Jeff Ulbrich, who discussed understanding how defense needs to operate to play at a championship level, he feels better about the team possibly going without James Pearce Jr. next season.
:40 – Carl and Zinno get into some Braves talk as they discuss what moves the team should make in regards to starting pitching as they have placed Spencer Schwellenbach on the 60-day injured list. As they discuss, Mark explains why the age of Chris Bassitt was one reason he did not believe the Braves should have tried to sign, which now he has signed with the Orioles.
