Popok reports on the Trump DOJ being so corrupt and untrustworthy, that it can't even get an appeals court to let it dismiss a total loser appeal !  After the the Trump DOJ sued all 15 federal district judges in Maryland because it didn't like the judges making the DOJ go to court before making a immigrant disappear without due process, and a Trump appointed judge hammered them for doing it, they decided to "declare victory" out of defeat and dismiss their appeal.  Not so fast says the 4th Circuit, you have to go forward with your appeal any way!
