“The Body Is All Connected” — The Pain Isn’t Always Where the Cause Is
Description
In this episode, I talk about something I’ve been noticing through regular stretching sessions: how pain often shows up in one place, even though the real cause is somewhere else.
A stiff shoulder can come from the back. Knee pain can start in the thigh. Treating only the painful spot doesn’t always help, but addressing the underlying cause often does.
It made me think about how the same pattern shows up in work and everyday life. We tend to focus on visible problems, even when the source lies deeper and less obvious.
This isn’t a lesson or a conclusion—just a small observation about how looking at the whole picture, rather than one isolated point, can sometimes change the outcome.
