Soft-spoken

Someone who is soft-spoken speaks quietly, calmly, and gently. They don’t need to be loud to be heard.
Examples:

1- She’s soft-spoken, but when she shares an idea, everyone listens — because she chooses her words carefully.

2- He’s a soft-spoken teacher. He explains things patiently, and his calm voice makes people feel safe to ask questions.
