Most of the 94 WIP Morning Show believes that the Phillies have taken a step back during this critical off-season. Brining Kyle Schwarber back is nice, but that wasn't an add- it was a retention. Ruben Amaro Jr. says, however, that if Schwarber wasn't back, it would be a big issue for the clubhouse.
