The snark squad is spiraling over neighbor Gary, whose garage full of "violent tools" definitely implies he’s doing more than just weekend DIY, while the rest of the cul-de-sac remains distracted by petty HOA disputes and the ghost of the town’s missing girl, Allison Grant.
