He currently owns several hundred rental units and is the host of Bigger Pockets Business podcast. On top of all of that, he is the author of four best-selling books on real estate investing. Those titles include The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs, The Book on Flipping Houses, The Book on Negotiating Real Estate and Recession Proof Real Estate Investing.
