January 30-31: Virginia Beach Special Investigations Bureau conducted a two-day human trafficking operation. Four arrests made: Steven Gray, 43, charged with possession with intent to distribute, pandering, aiding prostitution, and related offenses; Marvin Boomer, 67, charged with use of communication devices to commit crimes against children and soliciting prostitution from a minor; Autumn Reffett, 27, charged with prostitution; Jessica Martino, 32, charged with prostitution.
