En: The air was cold in Maksimir.
Hr: Snijeg je pokrivao staze poput tankog bijelog pokrivača.
En: Snow covered the paths like a thin white blanket.
Hr: Marin i Ivana su polako hodali pokraj jezera.
En: Marin and Ivana were slowly walking by the lake.
Hr: Pogledavali su jedno drugo, ali riječi kao da su zastale među njima.
En: They glanced at each other, but the words seemed to stall between them.
Hr: "Valentinovo je," rekao je Marin tiho.
En: "It's Valentine's Day," Marin said quietly.
